The inception of our company began with a bold vision from Mr. Antonyraj Premkumar, our founder and CEO. He identified a significant challenge in the wind energy sector: the heavy reliance on expensive, heavy-duty cranes for erecting and de-erecting wind turbines. Seeing an opportunity to innovate, Mr. Premkumar set out to design specialized tools that could accomplish these tasks more efficiently and cost-effectively, without the need for traditional cranes. The journey began in a modest yet ambitious setting—a small office in Gudimangalam. This office became the birthplace of our pioneering technologies, laying the groundwork for what would become a transformative force in the industry.
Pioneering Moments: The Dawn of Craneless Wind Turbine Maintenance
In the mid-2000s, our journey towards revolutionizing wind turbine maintenance took its first significant leap. In 2006, we successfully executed our inaugural craneless operation—a single blade replacement on a Suzlon 1.25 MW wind turbine. This achievement marked a pivotal moment in our history, proving that complex turbine maintenance could be accomplished without the need for traditional heavy-duty cranes. Building on this success, the following year, in 2007, we completed a gearbox replacement on the same model of the Suzlon 1.25 MW turbine. This operation further demonstrated the viability and efficiency of our innovative tools and techniques.

This initial success ignited our drive to explore new horizons, leading to transformative projects across the Philippines (2013), Indonesia (2015) and beyond. Building on this momentum, we celebrated another significant achievement with the acquisition of a new, inspiring facility. After 2015, our crane-less technology embarked on a transformative journey, marking key milestones in its global expansion. In 2016, we successfully introduced our innovative solutions to Mauritius, followed by Vietnam in 2018. However, the most defining achievement was our successful entry into the United States (2020), a market that solidified our position as global leaders in the wind energy sector. This expansion underscored our relentless commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation, setting new industry standards for efficiency and ingenuity. By bringing our technology to the U.S., we not only reinforced our role as pioneers but also established a new global benchmark for transforming wind turbine maintenance and installation, shaping the future of the industry on an unprecedented scale.
