Windcare Technology

De-erection & Re-erection of the various parts of the WTG can be done either by using heavy duty sophisticated cranes or by our innovative Windcare Technology - a cost- effective patented technology which does not use heavy duty cranes.

We do the same job by tailoring special lifting structures for each machine. Our team then assembles them on the nacelle and executes the erection and de-erection of the various components of the WTG.

Gearbox Replacement

We have indegenously designed and manufactured special Derrick Structures exclusively for Dismantle and Re-erection of Gearbox.

Generator Replacement

We have indegenously designed and manufactured special Derrick Structures exclusively for Dismantle and Re-erection of Generator

Rotor Replacement

We have indegenously designed and manufactured special Derrick Structures exclusively for Dismantle and Re-erection of Rotor

Blade Replacement

The Structure is designed and manufactured by WINDCARE and it can be install by JIB crane on top of the nacelle.

Unbalanced Rotor

We have designed and fabricated a special rotor rotating drive train which is used to rotate the rotor during cases of severe damage to blades and unbalanced condition of rotor.

Blade Pitch Bearing

The Structure is designed and manufactured by Windcare and it can be installed by JIB crane on top of the nacelle.
